Seal Structure Design
- Standard single end mechanical seal
Adopting single end face structure with precision fitting of dynamic ring and static ring, relying on the axial compensation ability of spring or bellows, dynamically adapting to the vibration of the shaft system and slight abrasion, applicable to conventional media (such as clean water, neutral liquid) and low and medium temperature environments (≤ 80 ℃).
- Double face mechanical seal
Adding a second sealing surface, forming an isolated chamber and injecting buffer fluid (such as glycerin or inert gas), suitable for strong corrosive media (such as concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorinated sludge) or micro-negative pressure environment.
Double end face design can block the medium leakage, while the buffer liquid pressure can be monitored in real time to realize the leakage alarm.
