  CDL vertical multi-stage centrifugal stainless steel pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump made of stainless steel material, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, etc. It is suitable for transporting various media from tap water to industrial liquids, and is adaptable to different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges. CDL type is suitable for non corrosive liquids.

How Does a Centrifugal Pump Work


  • Liquid Suction: The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, and the liquid enters the center of the pump body through the inlet channel.
     
  • Centrifugal Force Boosting: The liquid accelerates rotation driven by the impeller blades, generates centrifugal force, is thrown to the edge of the impeller and enters the guide shell.
     
  • Multi-stage Series Boosting: The liquid passes through the multi-stage impeller and guide shell in turn, and each stage of the impeller boosts the liquid once, and finally outputs high-pressure water flow.
     
  • Pressure Balance: The axial force is offset by the balance drum or balance hole design to reduce mechanical wear and ensure long-term stable operation of the pump.
