How Does a Pipeline Pump Work?


 The Stainless Steel Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump operates based on the basic principle of the centrifugal pump. Its core is to achieve liquid transportation through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller. The specific process is as follows:
  • Impeller rotation: The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, driving the impeller to rotate at high speed
  • Centrifugal force: The liquid in the impeller is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, forming a high-pressure area.
  • Difference drive: A low-pressure area is formed in the center of the impeller, and the liquid is sucked into the pump body under the action of the inlet pressure (or atmospheric pressure).
  • Continuous delivery: High-pressure liquid is discharged through the pump outlet, forming a continuous fluid delivery.
