Pump Design Principle


  • Water ring type for efficient operation
The impeller is mounted eccentrically on the pump body, forming a closed water ring when rotating. Through the cyclic change of volume between the vane and the water ring, gas inhalation, compression and discharge are realized, the process is smooth and pulse-free, suitable for sensitive media transportation.
  • All stainless steel corrosion-resistant structure
Pump body, impeller and other core components are cast in 304/316L stainless steel, resistant to acid gases, organic solvents and high-temperature steam corrosion, life expectancy of more than 2 times than the traditional cast iron pump.
  • Flexible adaptation of working fluid
The default sealing liquid is water, and for corrosive gases, it can be replaced by ethanol, glycol and other liquids to avoid the risk of media contamination.
